① During production, the extrusion should always be kept clean and well lubricated. Do a good job of wiping and lubrication, and at the same time keep the surrounding environment clean.

② Frequently check the lubricating oil level of each gearbox, whether the cooling water is smooth, and the lubrication condition of each rotating part. If any abnormality is found, handle it yourself or report it to the relevant person in charge in a timely manner (gear oil should be added to the reduction box and distribution box, Thermal oil should be added to the cooling chassis).

③ Frequently check the sealing and water leakage of various pipeline filters and joints, and do a good job in protecting the cooling pipes.

④ The raw materials in the hopper must be pure and free of impurities, and metal objects are absolutely not allowed to be mixed in to ensure that the barrel and screw are not damaged. When adding materials, check whether there is a magnetic rack in the bucket. If not, you must put the magnetic rack in immediately. Always check and clean the metal objects attached to the magnetic rack.

⑤ The machine is not allowed to run empty to avoid friction and scratches between the screw and the barrel or the screws to seize each other.

⑥ Immediately clean the residual raw materials in the mold and barrel and the easily decomposed material stopper after each production. If the machine is not in production for a period of time, apply anti-rust oil on the surface of the screw box and mold flow channel, and add anti-rust oil to the water pump. , Inject anti-rust agent into the vacuum pump.

⑦ If the current supply is interrupted, each potentiometer must be reset to zero and the driving and heating must be stopped. After the voltage is normal, it must be reheated to the set value and insulated (some products must be removed from the mold) before starting up, so as not to cause damage. Turning on the cooling machine damages the equipment,

⑧ The water pump and vacuum pump of the auxiliary machine should be maintained regularly, the clogged nozzles in the water tank (trough) should be cleaned promptly and the damaged sealing strip on the shaping box cover should be replaced. The screw bearings need to be lubricated with grease regularly to prevent rust.

⑨ Drain the accumulated water from the three-piece air source regularly.

⑩ Check the fasteners of the extruder in a timely manner, such as the tightening screws of the heating ring, wiring terminals, and the locking of the external shield components of the machine.
