The Plastic Washing Recycling Line is extensively employed for the purpose of recycling and washing used PP/PE soft plastics, including items such as shopping bags, packaging films, garbage bags, woven bags, non-woven bags, and various films. This recycling machinery effectively crushes, washes, and dries dirty soft plastics, transforming them into pristine film flakes.

Once the plastic film/bag flakes have been thoroughly cleaned, they can be further processed into pellets/granules using a plastic pelletizing machine.

This production line offers a high level of automation and low consumption, resulting in labor savings, power savings, and water savings. Additionally, it is easy to maintain.
